PURPOSE: An online game system enabling chatting using a voice and a text is provided to offer diverse forms of chatting during the online game and dissolve the relative deprivation of a handicapped person. CONSTITUTION: A TTS(Text-To-Speech) synthesizer(30) converts the text input information got from clients(11-1N) through the network into the voice. A database(40) stores the detail information for each client and the data needed for performing the game. A voice recognizer(50) converts the voice data into the text data by decrypting/decompressing the compressed digital voice data got from the client through the network. A grammar generator(60) generates a sentence corresponding to the grammar by recognizing words in the voice. A voice processing server(70) transmits/receives the voice data of the client and/or provided from the TTS synthesizer to the client. A text processing server(80) provides a deaf person with the text data converted by the grammar generator.
