PURPOSE: A soundproof structure and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to improve an effect of soundproof and reduce a whole weight and a production cost of the structure by forming a plurality of chambers inside the structure. CONSTITUTION: The soundproof structure comprises a resonance plate(130a) formed with a plurality of divided spaces; an exterior case(310) bonded to the circumscribed surface of the resonance plate to form a plurality of chambers(530) within the divided spaces; and a plurality of penetrating openings(510) formed on the one surface of the exterior case for guiding the inflow of noise inside the chambers.
