PURPOSE: A polyester varnish composition which is used for coating enamel electric wire and preparation method thereof are provided to improve processability and thermoresistance-impact properties, and help to reduce the production cost. CONSTITUTION: The polyester varnish for enamel electric wire comprises 20-89pts.wt of a compound having a structure of formula 1, based on 100pts.wt of a polyester resin. The preparation method of polyester varnish for enamel electric wire comprises the steps of: reacting diglycidyl ether group of bisphenol A with polyhydric alcohol to give the compound of formula 1; and carrying out esterification of the compound of formula 1 with dicarboxylic acid or derivatives thereof, or carrying out transesterification of the compound of formula 1 with diester or derivatives thereof. |
