The program initializes Fax/Voice modem on a computer. The Fax /Voice modem can be internal or external to the computer. One telephone line is connected to this modem. When somebody calls on this telephone number, which is connected to the computer, the modem woul d pick the phone. The program uses Text to Speech technology and recorded messages to talk to the caller. Caller enters password to get access to his work schedule and to record his daily work hours. The program gets response from caller either by sensing DFMT tones or by using speech- recognizing technology. Later on, the licensed owner of the software can view, print, or save these recorded hours (Daily Time Sheets).
