PURPOSE: A movable elevator device for an automatic thermal therapeutic appliance is provided to improve acupressure and thermal therapeutic treatment effects, and to enable adjustment in position of the device according to the body shape of users. CONSTITUTION: In the movable elevator device(100) adapted to gradually lift or drop a thermal therapeutic appliance, the elevator device comprises a first body(30) opened at upper and lower surfaces thereof, the first body being coupled to a screw rod(13) so as to be moved forward or rearward on guide rails under operation of a driving device, a plate shaped second body(40) configured to be inserted into the first body and having a pair of wheels(41) and a plurality of supports(42), a pair of guide members(50) for guiding vertical upward or downward movements of the supports, and a plurality of lifting and dropping guidance members adapted to selectively lift or drop the second body and elevator members(60) fixed to the supports, thereby serving to apply a pressure to the neck and waist region of the user.
