PURPOSE: A ball marker formed of tungsten alloy is provided to enable players to easily read position of ball through the ball marker formed of tungsten alloy and improve durability so that product is semi-permanently kept, and a manufacturing method of the ball marker formed of tungsten alloy is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ball marker formed of tungsten alloy comprises a step of mixing 80 to 90 wt.% of tungsten, 10 to 20 wt.% of nickel and less than 1 wt.% of inevitable impurities; a step of drying the mixture at a temperature of less than 100 deg.C; a step of removing impurities by screening the dried mixture using a screen; a step of forging the impurity removed material to a pressure of 2 to 5 tons/cm¬2; a step of temporarily sintering the forged article in the temperature range of 800 to 1,000 deg.C in a heat treatment furnace under the atmospheric environment; a step of resintering the temporarily sintered alloy in the temperature range of 1,400 to 1,500 deg.C in a heat treatment furnace under the atmospheric environment; a step of flatly cutting all surfaces of the sintered alloy using a milling machine; a step of electrical discharge machining a sintered product whose all surfaces are flatly cut into a certain shape using an electrode; a step of turning processing the electrical discharge machined sintered product using a diamond wheel; and a step of polishing the turning processed sintered product using diamond powder, wherein the manufacturing method further comprises a step of inserting gold, diamond and palladium plated steel into the polished sintered product. |
