FIELD: heat and power engineering, possibly for producing heat power at combustion of any solid carbon-containing fuel (low-grade, disintegrated, hard and brown coals, turf, wood sawdust, domestic and industrial waste materials). ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes fire box with cylindrical water-cooled burning chamber and rotary grate provided with members for lifting fuel; bin for fuel connected with fire box; mechanism for feeding fuel having regulated breaker and auger-type feeder; system for supplying air; system for water cooling. Apparatus includes in addition stationary semicircular burning chamber arranged normally relative to above mentioned chamber. Burning chamber is rotary one, it is provided with drive mechanism and non-cooled fire grate having separate ladle-grates mounted on its inner surface in staggered fashion at side of after-burning chamber and turned relative to rotation axis of burning chamber by angle 10 - 15 degrees. On outer surface of burning chamber there are annular water receptacles mutually connected through ducts. One receptacle arranged at side of bin is rigidly joined with drive shaft of burning chamber through hollow water-cooled needles and it is divided by sectors according to number of needles - n needles. Second receptacle is divided by sectors whose number is equal to n needles/2. Burning chamber and after-burning chamber are provided with separate air receivers for radial air supply to burning chamber and for axial air supply to after-burning chamber. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, improved constructional reliability of apparatus. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
