The prosthesis includes a nucleus (2) positioned between an upper plateau (3) and a lower plateau (4), and an external envelope (6). The upper and lower plateaus have respective interior faces (31, 41) which allow the movement of the nucleus at the interior of the prosthesis. Two grooves are oriented according to the two perpendicular directions on the respective plateaus.
