FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes base housing, steering lever, bearing pair and their attachment members holding steering lever with pair of working holes whose limits are located between parallel planes. In plan view, housing is made in form of pair of conical bosses with rounded off bases. Centers of holes in bosses are displaced through minimum distance from larger diagonal of conventional rhombic outline of base changing into in-pair changing surfaces at angles of inclination which are mated with sides by radius changes. Rigidly secured on turning axle relative to inner ring are bearing, shaped washer, plain washer and shaped lever with three holes providing its rigid connection with steering shaft and pair of steering rods. ^ EFFECT: reduced load on steering wheel at cornering, provision of multipurposeness in use of mechanism, improved quality of article owing to protective coating sprayed on its surface. ^ 8 dwg |
