FIELD: measurement technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in metrological devices for revealing errors in profile, including out-of roundness. Proposed put-on roundness meter has body-clamp 1 with measuring pickup 2 and multistep self-aligning supports arranged symmetrically relative to pickup, each step being made of resilient-material joints 5, 7 and balancers 6, 8. Each resilient-material joint is formed as flexible bridge between balancers of first and second steps. Balancers formed on ends of resilient material joints of each step can rock. Each balancer of last step is provided with two inserts 9 with spherical surface (balls) arranged symmetrically relative to resilient material joints. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement of part out-of-roundness, high repairability. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
