FIELD: tire and rubber-technical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stabilizing agents protecting rubber mixtures based on natural and synthetic rubbers of the general designation against heat and light-ozone aging, and against cracking in multiple deformations. Stabilizing agent for rubber mixtures based on polymer, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, is formed by interaction of polymer, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, N-isopropyl-N1-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and vat residue in manufacturing 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline obtained by condensation of p-phenetidine with acetone after distilling off excessive acetone and 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline from the reaction mass in the mass ratio of polymer, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline : N-isopropyl-N1-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine : vat residue in manufacturing 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline = 1:(0.8-1):(0.2-0.4), respectively, in the presence of hydrochloric acid at 130-150 C. Stabilizing agent allows solving the problem for protection of rubber based on natural and synthetic rubbers of the general designation against light-ozone aging, and against cracking in multiple deformations also and without reducing time before onset of subvulcanization. ^ EFFECT: valuable properties of stabilizing agent. ^ 3 tbl, 22 ex |
