FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing osseous ankylosis of brachial articulation. For this purpose one should resect articular osseous ends which form brachial articulation followed by fixation of articulation-forming bones with cortical fibular autotransplants in different planes, then one should fill subacromial space with spongy autotransplant out of iliac crest and osteosynthesis with a screw that increases the area of arthrodesed articulation. ^ EFFECT: more rigid fixation. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
