FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substituted derivatives of propanolamine with bile acids of the formula (I): ^ ^ and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and physiologically functional derivatives wherein GS means group of bile acid of the formula (II): ^ ^ wherein R1 means a bond with X, hydroxyl (OH); R2 means a bond, hydroxyl (OH), -O-(C1-C6)-alkyl, -NH-(C2-C6)-alkyl-SO3H, -NH-(C1-C6)-alkyl-COOH; R1 and R2 don't mean a bond with X simultaneously; X means ^ ^ l, m, n = 0, 1; L means (C1-C6)-alkyl; AA1 and AA2 means amino acid residue independently that can be substituted once or multiple with amino-group.
