FIELD: electro-measuring equipment engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has external power sensor connected before switching in construction of power line, and base block, connected after switching in construction of base power line. Base block has receiver, phase cable current sensor and load voltage sensor, connected to multiplexer, which is connected to base signal handling block, indication block and distance data transmitting block.
