FIELD: working of metal. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes loosening and removing oxidized film. The loosening is performed in two baths using a solution composed of caustic sodium oxide (400-800g/l), sodium nitrite (100-400 g/l), sodium nitrate (50-100 g/l), and water (1 l) for the first bath, and caustic sodium oxide (130-170 g/l), calcined sodium (50-75 g/l) trisodium .phosphate (50-75 g/l), and r (1 l) for the second bath. The parts are washed in waters of different temperatures and keep in the first bath at a temperature of 140-150oC during 1-4 hours, and in the second bath at a temperature from 80 to 100oC. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of repairing. ^ 3 cl |
