FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out US-survey of pleural cavity including detection of thickening and unevenness in contours of pleural leaves and availability of pleural superpositions. Additionally, one should measure the thickness of visceral and parietal pleural leaves and width of pleural fissure in axillary area along medium axillary line. At increased thickness of parietal pleural leaf being above 3 mm, visceral leaf being above 1 mm, increased width of pleural fissure ranged 7-20 mm by taking into consideration uneven contours of pleural leaves and availability of pleural superpositions taking 50% and more of pleural cavity it is possible to diagnose the disease mentioned. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. ^ 3 ex |
