PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a temperature compensation voltage generator such as TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal oscillator) and a temperature compensation adjusting process, and reduce the noise generated by the temperature compensation voltage generator. SOLUTION: The problem is solved with a quartz resonator which has frequency temperature characteristics expressed in a secondary function expression, and a temperature compensation oscillator using the secondary function generator which carries out temperature compensation of the quartz resonator.
