PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin tool for inspecting a printed-wiring board that can be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: A pin 12 is retained or the insulation among pins 12 is retained by a sponge 20 filled between a top board 14 and a bottom board 18, thus dispensing with a plurality of guide boards, where respective passage hole positions differ, and inexpensively manufacturing the pin tool for inspecting the printed-wiring boards.
