PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust discharging device capable of reasonably operating a discharge system and a scraper drive system installed at an opening without inducing a rise in cost. SOLUTION: This dust discharging device comprises a scraper 9 feeding dust to the opening 7A formed in a bottom wall 7 and a discharge mechanism K having two dampers 11 to feed dust from the opening 7A. The scraper 9 is formed so as to be integrally rotated with a drive shaft 8. A drive force from an electric motor M opening/closing the dampers 11 of the discharge mechanism K is transmitted to the drive shaft 8 through an interlocking mechanism L.
