PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a conventional heating cooling apparatus for performing steam cooling by utilizing high-frequency wherein performance and easiness of handling are not satisfied. SOLUTION: This heating cooking apparatus for performing steam cooking by utilizing high-frequency comprises a heating chamber formed in a frame body, a power supply port opened to the bottom part of the frame body and supplying the high-frequency generated in a high-frequency generator into the heating chamber via. a waveguide, a partition plate forming the heating chamber by directly partitioning the inside of the frame body and installed at the bottom part of the heating chamber and having a water retaining plate formed of a non-dielectric member and capable of retaining water, and a heated material placing stand formed of the non-dielectric member, supported on the partition plate, and placing the heated material thereon. Both the partition plate and the heated material placing stand are detachably installed in the heating chamber, water retained in the water retaining part of the partition plate is heated by the high-frequency generated by the high-frequency generator, and the material is heated by steam.
