PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulator for efficiently storing oil and cooling water while retaining heat. SOLUTION: Engine oil having a high viscosity coefficient and causing little natural convection is stored in a first insulated tank 31 including a tank port part 31a formed on upper side thereof. The cooling water having a low viscosity coefficient and easily causing the natural convection is stored in a second insulated tank 32 including a tank port part 32a formed on a lower side thereof. Since the engine oil and the cooling water are stored with small temperature difference between the tank port parts 31a, 32a as heat radiation parts of the insulated tanks, and the atmosphere, the high temperature engine oil and cooling water are stored while keeping high heat retaining ability.
