PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device causing no deterioration in design performance of an external appearance while having a drain plug of a valve unit. SOLUTION: The freezing preventive drain plug 16 of the valve unit 10 is arranged on a side surface of a casing 2, and this drain plug 16 is hidden by a decorative cap 17, and is always invisible to a user so that an outward appearance of a side surface part of the sanitary washing device 1 is not deteriorated. Since this decorative cap 17 is constituted so as to be attachable-detachable to the casing 2, when predicting freezing of water, the user can easily drain water by exposing the drain plug 16 by removing the decorative cap 17 from the casing 2.
