PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation in the inside in a wall structure. SOLUTION: The wall structure 1 is formed of an external facing material 3, an external base material 5, a heat insulating material 7, and an internal facing material in this order from the outdoor side. A ventilation layer 11 is formed between the external facing material 3 and the external base material 5.The external base material 5 has a moisture permeability. In the wall structure 1, an average moisture permeability resistance of the heat insulation material 7 calculated by taking a gap expected after execution into consideration is counted in advance.
