A heat-extraction device has a mounting base (1) arranged on the surface of a heat generating electrical device e.g. CPU, a first heat-removal-fins module (2) mounted on the mounting base, a second heat-removal-fins module (3) arranged next to the first heat-removal-fins module. A first heat extraction fan (21) is mounted on the external surface of the heat-removal-fins module and a second heat removal fan (31) is mounted on the second heat-removal-fins module, and has an opposed inner surface facing towards the first heat-removal-fins module, such that the vanes of the first heat-removing fan and the second heat- removing fan turn in the same direction .
