PURPOSE: A method of processing of red ginseng by removing the rhizome of fresh ginseng, dried ginseng and red ginseng and then grinding and extracting it is provided. It increases the extraction efficiency of effective parts from fresh ginseng, dried ginseng and red ginseng while permitting effective removal of unnecessary part hereof. CONSTITUTION: After the removal of the rhizome and foreign material of fresh ginseng, dried ginseng and red ginseng, the ginseng material is ground and then compressed to give a product having various shapes. |
