<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system with which a conference situation of a conference room 22b can easily be grasped and a qualified person can be designated when the person is nominated from participants 24c to request information transmission by displaying the number of accessing times 24d of the participant or a content 23d of access. <P>SOLUTION: When the participant 24c accesses a file server 1 where the conference room 22b in which a subject of discussion is to be discussed is notified by designating a name 22b of the conference room, personal information items 21g and 21h on the participants 24c accessing the designated conference room 22b till then are displayed on an information terminal 3 in accordance with the number of accessing times 24d in addition to conference information of the designated conference room 22b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
