<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub tank type oil purifier by a permanent magnet for precipitating contaminant particles composed of a magnetic material though it is a magnetic type oil purifier, and having high purifying accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This sub tank type oil purifier by the permanent magnet is used in a hydraulic system wherein the sub tank 4 is mounted independently from an on-line tank 2 on the hydraulic system, and the distance relationship between a length and a depth of the tank is kept in a condition that the tank has a sufficient length for preventing the operating oil from flowing outside of the sub tank 4, before the precipitation of the contaminant particles composed of the magnetic material included in the operating oil by the magnetic force of a magnet 5, and a depth from the magnet 5 laid on the tank bottom face and an oil surface 6, sufficiently deep to allow the contaminant particles composed of magnetic material to be precipitated by the magnetic force of the magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
