<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate printing data, to make the printing data referred to by a user terminal in an outside, and to allow various kinds of indications for the printing data. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation for printing a document is conducted in the user terminal 3, the printing data is transmitted to this server unit 1 of the present invention to be accumulated in an accumulation part 11. When requiring the reference to the printing data from the user terminal 4 to the server unit 1, the server unit 1 reads out the printing data from the accumulation part 11, and converts it into a data format displayed in a browser in the user terminal 4 by a conversion part 12 to be transmitted to the user terminal 4, and a content of the printing data is displayed in the user terminal 4. When requiring an output of the printing data from the user terminal 4, the server unit 1 converts the printing data in the accumulation part 11 into a data format in response to an output address by the conversion part 12, so as to be output to the output address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
