<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel which even a visually handicapped person accustomed to using a ten-key pad can use. <P>SOLUTION: In this operation panel 30, the arrangement of touch buttons 21 displayed in a touch panel 20 screen set on an LCD each having a switch turned on/off by a finger touch corresponds to an arrangement based on the ten-key pad 32 in key switches 31 that are mechanical switches.
