<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measuring result displaying method capable of visually confirming the corresponding relation between an image acquired by imaging and an image acquired by the measurement of X rays easily. <P>SOLUTION: First image data acquired using an imaging device such as a CCD or the like is stored and second image data formed on the basis of the intensity of X-rays detected by an X-ray detector is stored. As the X-ray detector, a fluorescent X-ray detector for detecting fluorescent X-rays emitted from an object to be irradiated, a transmitted X-ray detector for detecting transmitted X-rays transmitted through the object to be irradiated, a diffracted X-ray detector for detecting diffracted X-rays diffracted by a specimen, or the like is used. The X-ray detector is constituted so that the stored second image data of the partial region of the stored first image data is merged in the partial region of the stored first image data in place of the first image data of the partial region to form a synthetic image and the synthetic image is outputted to a display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
