PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a tilting angle and lower the level of a loading space during storage while shortening a loading space moving distance, without using a chain. SOLUTION: This loading space tilting device for a truck comprises a guide frame 3 provided on a chassis frame 2, a moving frame 4 adaptable for movement and tilting while being guided by the guide frame 3, and the loading space 5 adaptable for longitudinal movement while being guided by the moving frame 4. The moving frame 4 is constituted by a loading space guide rail 6 for guiding a front portion of the loading space, a rear stay 7 for guiding a rear portion of the loading space, and a connecting frame 8 connecting the loading space guide rail 6 to the rear stay 7. Bendable portions 3b, 6b bendable downward are provided at the rear end of the guide frame 3 and at the rear end of the loading space guide rail 6, respectively, a moving frame cylinder 9 is provided between the chassis frame 2 and the loading space guide rail 6, and a loading space sliding cylinder 11 is provided between the connecting frame 8 and the loading space 5.
