PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board having a multilayer wiring pattern electrode structure which can improve the continuity between wiring pattern electrodes in each layer and repeated-folding-resistance while effectively avoiding the influence of a noise to the wiring pattern electrodes, and to provide a liquid crystal display device using the same. SOLUTION: In a folding area, a plurality of through-holes 11 in which a tubular conductive part 13 for connecting the wiring patten electrodes 3 in each layer with each other on each internal circumferential face, are formed standing in a row.
