PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric paste to give dielectric films having a small dielectric loss. SOLUTION: The dielectric paste contains an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester, a solvent, and a dielectric powder. The amount of the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester relative to the sum of the amounts of the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester and the solvent is 0.5 to 50 wt.%. Where the sum of the amounts of the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester and the solvent is 100 pt. wt., the amount of the dielectric powder is 0.2 to 200 pt. wt. The aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester contains constitutional units represented by general formulas (I), (II), (III) and (IV). Of the total constitutional units, the constitutional unit (I) is 40 to 75 mol%, the constitutional unit (II) is 12.5 to 30 mol%, the constitutional unit (III) is 12.5 to 30 mol%, and the constitutional unit (IV) is 0 to 5 mol%.
