SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display part which has pixels constituted corresponding to intersections of a plurality of source lines and a plurality of gate lines arranged in a lattice shape and drives liquid crystal by turning on switching elements provided for the pixels with gate signals supplied to the gate lines and then supplying source voltages supplied to the source lines to pixel electrodes of the pixels through the switching elements is equipped with a Y driver 401 which supplies the gate signals to the gate lines in order and an X driver means (302, 500) which inverts the polarity of an image signal inputted in a period wherein pixels of one line in the gate line direction of the liquid crystal display part and also inverts the polarity of the image signal inputted in each period wherein the pixels of all the lines of the liquid crystal display part to supply the image signal as the source voltage to the source lines.
