PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free belt type delivery device having a simple structure and capable of reducing cost required for manufacture and installation. SOLUTION: This free belt type delivery device 1 is provided with a pair of support columns 4 rising from a floor surface 3 across distance for introducing a pallet 2 at horizontal attitude between them, a pair of swing arms 5 in which one ends 51 turn in the direction in which they rise or suspend for the floor surface 3 using respective other ends 50 as support points on the pair of support columns 4, two rotary wheels 6 arranged at both ends 50, 51 of the pair of swing arms 5, a pair of endless flexible bodies 7 stretched around respective rotary wheels 6 of the pair of swing arms 5, and a pair of driving means 8 for turning the pair of swing arms 5 each.
