PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer enabling spring force to change without changing the position and angle of force input to the stabilizer. SOLUTION: A blade 2 is provided whose spring force is varied with the rotation of a bar 2. It is fixed to the bar 2 with stoppers 3, or bolts and nuts, and pins for fixing the rotating angle thereof. The blade is rotated to change its geometrical moment of inertia moment against force applied from a stabilizer link 6, whereby the spring force of the stabilizer is varied without changing the position and angle of the force input to the stabilizer.
