The works fabricated construction element for supporting walls of story floors of apartments or offices buildings consists of two supporting, thin reinforced light concrete shells (1,2), separated from one another by an air layer (4), with or without mineral fiber layers, and interconnected by center supports (3) or support profiles (11), a damp-proof layer (7), and upper (8) and lower reinforced heavy concrete slabs. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) thin reinforced light concrete shells; (b) a center layer containing air; (c) a method for the producing of a construction element; and (d) a fabrication process for construction elements.
