SERPENTINE PREVENTING DEVICE OF EYELET BELT CONVEYOR

PURPOSE: A serpentine preventing device of an eyelet belt conveyor is provided to effectively prevent the serpentine without manual operations of people by correctly entering an eyelet pin to a guide groove formed at driving and driven rolls. CONSTITUTION: A serpentine preventing device of an eyelet belt conveyor is composed of a serpentine preventing tool(4) and an auxiliary guide tool(4a). The serpentine preventing tool is internally engaged with eyelet pins(6a) attached to both edges of a belt(1) and installed at the position just before the belt enters driving and driven rolls in both sidewalls(10) of a base. The auxiliary guide tool for preventing the eyelet and front and rear parts of the belt from loosening and drooping is disposed in the opposite side of the serpentine preventing tool. In addition, the serpentine preventing tool has a pin guide groove of the eyelet.
