<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor program which presents a procedure for solving an error occurred in the monitoring target printer to a user in an effective manner. <P>SOLUTION: According to the program, when an error occurs in the monitoring target printer, a monitor window informing about the error is displayed (step S101), and when a user carries out a series of operations (step S102, S106, and S110) which are started by pressing a certain button in the monitor window, a handling method sheet showing a operation procedure for solving the occurred error is printed by a shared printer other than the monitoring target printer (step S111). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
