<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration apparatus and its control method capable of automatic operation in case that the apparatus is in a new condition and a data base is not sufficiently prepared, preventing such a situation that a data amount (information amount) to be stored is too large, and accommodating use at general households. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration apparatus comprises fixed time operating processes (SA5, SB5, SC5) for performing the fixed time operation (start, stop, etc.) according to the set time (stored in a fixed time operating control means) before a first period set (e.g. a day or an 24 hour) elapses after operation of the cogeneration apparatus; and processes (SA6, SB6, SC6) for operation control by obtaining a predicted value by producing an autoregressive model (by an autoregressive model producing means 102) about electric power demand and the predicted value from an mean value, after operation of the cogeneration apparatus (by an mean value operating means 104) about a hot water demand before a second period set (e.g. 2 to 7 days) elapses after operation of the cogeneration apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
