<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of properly controlling the temperature of cooling water in response to variation of a heating value, the temperature of cooling water and the temperature of gas of a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: When a heat quantity difference obtained by subtracting the heating value of the fuel cell stack from an estimated heat radiation quantity of a radiator 21 is larger than a predetermined value, a first three-way valve 24 and a second three-way valve 25 are so controlled by a controller 18 as to set the temperature of the cooling water at a desired value by preventing the cooling water from being supplied to the fuel cell stack 1 when the heat radiation quantity is larger than the heating value by guiding the cooling water having passed a fuel cell cooling water heat radiation device to a bypass passage L8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
