PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate information on a product made of parts selected from a plurality of parts without a complicated input.

SOLUTION: When a computer 22 ordered through the selection of parts at a sales site provided by a sales management server 32 is shipped, a shortcut link 28 with part codes built in as parameters of a URL to a support information site provided by a FAQ server 36 is set on a desktop screen of the computer 22. The part codes and questions expected about the parts and their answers are registered as data in a database 36a. When the shortcut link 28 is selected on the desktop screen of the computer 22, the FAQ server 36 accessed via a Web management server 31 acquires the part codes from the URL, and outputs data extracted therewith from the database 36a to a user 20 as a FAQ page.
