<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve a skillfulness level by selecting an optimum education style out of a plurality of education styles. <P>SOLUTION: Participant's terminals 11-1 to 11-N are connected to an education support system 1 through a network 21, and to the education support system server 1, a participant database 2, a skill check database 3, a trial examination database 4, and an e-Learning database 5 are connected. The education support server 1 makes a previous skill check on each participant and educates each participant through a plurality of stages based upon an optimum education style. Then a trial examination is carried out based upon problems of the proper trial examination database and a participant is allowed to advance to a next stage only when his or her skillfulness level clears a reference level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
