<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which has a narrow frame and does not have conduction faults due to a short-circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the touch panel, an upper substrate 11 in which a transparent electrode 13 and pull-around electrodes 14, 15 are disposed on a lower surface of a transparent insulative substrate 12 and a lower substrate 1 in which a transparent electrode 3, pull-around electrodes 4, 5 and a plurality of dot spacers 8 formed on the transparent electrode 3 are oppositely arranged with a prescribed gap. The touch panel is structured by laminating a first sealing material 58 sealed with a sealing material with the spacer balls 58a having particle diameters equivalent to the gap distance between the electrodes 15b, 5b distributed therein and a second sealing material 59 to seal sections other than the electrodes 15b, 5b by the sealing material with the spacer balls 59a having particle diameters equivalent to the distance which is subtracted the gap distance between the electrodes 15b, 5b from the gab distance between the upper and lower substrates 11, 1 distributed therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
