<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking control system for individually locking bicycles at individual bicycle parking locations, allowing users to release lock with highly convenient procedures. <P>SOLUTION: The bicycle parking control system 10 comprises: individual locking devices 24 for individually locking the bicycles at the plurality of bicycle parking locations; a plurality of releasing procedure devices 19 (19a, 19b) for executing preset releasing procedures required for releasing lock with the individual locking devices 24; and a releasing command part 62 for generating releasing command signals to release lock of the individual locking devices 24 at the bicycle parking locations subject to the releasing procedures when completing the preset releasing procedures for the releasing procedure devices 19 (19a, 19b).
