PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confluence supporting device capable of supporting the confluence of the mutual members of a group acting without being premised on the confluence with any special partner. SOLUTION: This confluence supporting device 6 is configured to transmit information to a plurality of members owning terminals 1, 2 and 3 for a traveling object connected through a network, and registered so as to be identifiable through the terminals for the traveling object, and to support the confluence of the members. This confluence supporting device 6 is provided with a retrieving means for retrieving members that can be confluenced from among the members and an information transmitting means for transmitting predetermined information associated with the other members that can be confluenced to the terminals for the traveling object owned by the detected members that can be confluenced.
