PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin deposition and withdrawal device capable of efficiently handling customers without using a large-scale device. SOLUTION: A coin input port 204 is arranged in the center of a portion opposed to an operator of a housing 202, and coin outlet ports 205a and 205b are arranged each on both lateral sides of the coin input port 204, so that coins are delivered from the right outlet port 205a, for example, according to input of a first close signal generated in a transaction with the right customer, and a coins are delivered from the left outlet port 205b according to input of a second close signal generated in a transaction with the left customer.
