PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time management type point service system corresponding to the use time of a facility. SOLUTION: This card is provided with a print recording part 4 for executing rewrite print for recording the use time of a facility and points given according to the use time and a magnetic recording part for magnetically recording information such as a use time 8 and the points. A card processor is provided with a print processing means for executing rewrite print to print recording parts 3 and 4 of a card 2, a magnetic recording means for reading/writing data for the magnetic recording part, a storage means for storing the time data of the use time and point data including points, an arithmetic means for calculating a claim item 9 based on points 5 corresponding to a use time 8 and a time unit and an updating means for updating the point data stored in the storage means based on points 5 calculated by the arithmetic means.
