PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structurally make a mounting member and a panel supporting member raised in a constructed and assembled state and coupled to each other so as to be foldable in a packed and housed state, and to regulate the inadvertent folding of the panel supporting member after being raised. SOLUTION: A mounting bracket A for a decorative panel for a roof is constituted by combining the panel supporting member 1 for mounting the decorative panel P for the roof with the mounting member 2 mounted on a roofing material Y. A slot 13 is formed in either the member 1 or the mounting member 2, and a shaft hole 24 which overlaps the slot 13 is formed in the other member 1 or 2 so that the slot 13 and the shaft hole 24 can be coupled to each other by a coupler 3. The member 1 and the mounting member 2 are structurally raised in the constructed and assembled state and coupled to each other so as to be foldable in the packed and housed state; and a turning regulating protrusion 5, which enables the turning of the member 1 by allowing the member 1 to get over the protrusion 5 when the member 1 is raised and which regulates the folding of the member 1 after displacing the member 1 to an unturnable position after the member 1 is raised, is provided near the slot 13 or the shaft hole 24.
