PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately move a moving body to a faraway target arrival position at a high speed. SOLUTION: This transfer system is provided with a laser transmitter 16 for forming a locus L and a flying effector 13 for moving along the locus L. The flying effector 13 adopts a tether stretch system 10 provided with a locus following device 17 for detecting the locus L, a locus displacement quantity detecting unit for detecting displacement quantity thereof from the locus L, and respective thrusters for correcting the displacement quantity.
